I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tulum. First of all, the location was great, situated in a charming and atmospheric part of town. Despite being on a slightly 'dark' street, I always felt safe and it was surprisingly peaceful.
There was nothing that I believe could be improved during my stay.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its great value for money. Despite being located on a quiet street, it is just a stone's throw away from the bustling restaurant and shopping area. The free bicycles provided made exploring the nearby ruins a breeze. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with amenities such as AC, a fan, and a television making for a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff added a personal touch, making me feel right at home.
No significant drawbacks, everything was satisfactory.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hostel. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, with great air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with delicious freshly made pancakes and a variety of fresh fruits to choose from. We enjoyed the location, which was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and the free bikes were a nice touch that allowed us to explore the nearby ruins.
We were disappointed by the shared bathroom, which was not well maintained and had an unpleasant odour. The noise at night was also a bit of an issue as we could hear other guests talking loudly well past midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. the hostel had some great aspects, but there were a few things that could be improved upon to make it more enjoyable.

My Christmas stay at this hostel was pleasant. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. I appreciated the provided bicycles to explore the nearby ruins. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home. I especially liked the cozy and quiet atmosphere of the hostel, and the hot breakfast served every morning was a great addition to my stay.
The bathroom facilities were not always clean, with some unpleasant odors. The Wi-Fi was also spotty at times, making it difficult to connect to the internet.
